Resolved - The fix to improve query performance has been implemented, and cart for all merchant has been restored to it's previous state.

Update - We’re still evaluating a fix and aim to release it tonight. Once it’s live, we’ll re-enable the Shopflo cart for merchants. We’ll keep you posted.

Monitoring - The issue has now been resolved, and Shopflo checkout is back up. We’ve temporarily disabled the Shopflo cart while we verify stability. A detailed RCA will follow shortly. We’ll keep you posted on any further developments.
